I am disappointed with this dealership, as it does not stand by its product. I leased a Nissan Ariya in September. The milage range of the car has dropped dramatically since then, nearly in half. He said that was not normal and referred me to the service department. Service told me it was normal for milage to drop and referred me to management. I spoke to a sales manager. His suggestion was going to be costly to get out of my current lease. I then reached out to the General manger, Mike Disora, through email and expressed my concerns. That was 2 days ago and I have not received any sort of reply. I feel that everyone is passing the buck and no one is willing to look into this matter further or work with me to resolve the problem. This is poor business. More
Just had service completed and as always it was quick and easy. There is always coffee and pastries or donuts or some other snack to munch on while waiting and the waiting area is comfortable. easy.
