I came in one weekend with my husband to service his Altima and he ended up driving away with a brand new Maxima 2013, I made an appointment to have my Mazda CX7 serviced the following weekend Don helpe Altima and he ended up driving away with a brand new Maxima 2013, I made an appointment to have my Mazda CX7 serviced the following weekend Don helped my husband into that new Car so when we came back the next week I had him check prices for me to get a new car also he was GREAT very friendly and tentive to our needs I also ended up driving away with my brand new 2013 Murano which I LOVE. From sales to service to parts to financing to the cashier, everybody is very helpful, informative, goes out of their way to help you and really does give you the royal treatment. I have even had my salesman Eric Sparrow take time out to help me out with my bluetooth issues several times over the last two years with both trucks...! The Service Manager Jon Miller stepped up one day and helped me out personally when his only service advisor on duty was busy with another customer. I can tell you, that doesn’t happen in other dealerships...! I have owned fifteen new vehicles in my life. I bought two Fords from Kelly Ford in Allentown and now two Titan trucks from Kelly Nissan. Kelly Nissan is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.....period...! Every dealership talks the talk, Kelly walks the walk...! There is a reason in this very competitive business that I bought two vehicles in two years from them, and would definitely buy here again...! More
I have been going to Kelly Nissan since my Saturn dealership went out of business in 08' or 09'. At the time i had purchased a new 2008 Saturn. Over the years they have been as expected: good service dealership went out of business in 08' or 09'. At the time i had purchased a new 2008 Saturn. Over the years they have been as expected: good service, but always trying to push for more expensive work or to trade in my car for a Nissan with deceiving "specials" . They also have my car in their system under my fathers name and not mine, even though i told them several times. All that was fine until..... Earlier this year (March) i went in for an oil change and question my check engine light. I was told the check engine light was malfunctioned and little could be done, but my engine was fine and not to worry. This past month(september) i went in for a routine oil change and yearly inspection. To my dismay, i was then told that i could not pass inspection because my check engine light was not on due to a solenoid issue , and not because the light was faulty. This issue would cost me around $400-$500 dollars to fix. On top of that i was told my brake pads needed to be replaced which would run another $300-400. The kicker was, according to their report, my brake pads were on "yellow" earlier this year and should of been changed then...Well i was not told that, and have paperwork to prove it. So in total, i had to pay almost $1000 to have my car pass inspection, for problems that could have been fixed if i was told earlier this year about them. I realize these kind of issues happen to vehicles but the whole way it was handled was a little too shady for me, especially knowing how they are always finding a way to nickel and dime me on previous services. I also noticed that the person i spoke with on the phone, who i will not name, seemed to avoid me when i went in, even though i made it clear who i was when he was walking by several times. With that being said, i will not be returning for their service, and hopefully i can help someone else out there. More
