Simply the best Service ever. I've been a customer at Kelly Nissan for 8 years, and there is a reason for that. The Service Department. From the manager Jon Miller to the service writers to the many excellent technicians, I have never been disappointed! In particular, Larry Hughes from the service desk is amazing. I go out of my way to make sure he is working on the days I schedule service because he makes me feel special, like I might be his only customer!! We currently are driving our 2nd and 3rd Nissans from Kelly, and I am shopping now with them for a 2017...because of Larry and the service department. When my long time salesman retired, it was Larry whom I asked for a recommendation, and we bought Nissan #3 from Eric Sparrow, and soon #4. If I wasn't satisfied with the service at Kelly, I would be looking elsewhere for a new car. More

In advance of a LOOOONG drive from PA to FL for a family trip to Disney World, Larry made sure that our Murano was ship-shape (which was fitting, considering we were heading toward a hurricane!!! - but that's another story...). He's consistently pleasant, always takes extra time to explain things, and tries his best to get me the best price. Moreover, the whole service team at Kelly Nissan is TRUSTWORTHY... and that's not easy to come by. It's also worth noting that Service Manager Jon Miller is also a class act and a straight-shooter who clearly inspires his department to excel and has the right management skills to prioritize both his staff and his customers. I thought no one could compare to Zach but she was professional, courteous , energetic and truly concerned with my inquiry about a new vehicle with being so upside down. She took her time and listened to me and put me in a brand new Frontier out of the one that was badly damaged in my accident. And I would be remiss if I did not mention Mr. Will Chavez...He stayed on that phone until he had a deal that I would accept. He fought tooth and nail to get me to the right numbers. And he did it!! Blown Headgaskets I have a 2009 Sentra FE and the head gasket went in 2013 with only 42,000 miles on it now in 2016 car has 87,000 miles and "guess what" it needs anoth I have a 2009 Sentra FE and the head gasket went in 2013 with only 42,000 miles on it now in 2016 car has 87,000 miles and "guess what" it needs another head gasket. Seriously, the head gasket only last 42,000 to 45,000 miles and the dealership wants me to pay to have it replaced again. It's obvious I'm not beating this car with mileage! This is terrible service anyone with a sane mind knows this should not have happened to my car again. More

A++++ Exceptional in Customer Service and Quality of Work I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership, their level of service and their team. It was a seamless experience to make an appointment to start. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership, their level of service and their team. It was a seamless experience to make an appointment to start. When I arrived on a cold wet day, it was a drive up into an entry garage type of dealership...aka warm and dry getting in and out of my car. I was greeted by Kevin Green...he took the time to explain to me things that no one had told me before, like what I should and should not spend my money on with my new Pathfinder on. You could tell he really cared about making sure my vehicle was taken proper care of, wanted to save me money and also wanted to make my time at the dealership a comfortable one. He was quick to answer all my questions and promised to let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. The waiting area...ugh, it was awesome. If you are a parent with children, this is the dealership to go to. There are couches, tables, free popcorn, granola bars, fruit snacks, water and juice box....FREE. There is free WiFi and the seating is open and comfortable. Essentially, if I had a laptop I could have worked comfortably from their waiting area with my children with me. The service was fast and Kevin came back and told me all that I would need to know regarding my visit, my free multipoint inspection and asked if there was anything else they could do...my response, nothing! They went above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable in their dealership and their caliber of service. I won't be taking my Pathfinder anywhere else for service!! More
