Excellent Service! I brought my new Altima here after having engine troubles from running over a deer. I had it inspected by a local mechanic first, which I found was a I brought my new Altima here after having engine troubles from running over a deer. I had it inspected by a local mechanic first, which I found was a mistake. I ended up paying $45 for my mechanic to tell me that I needed a new catalytic converter and should take it to a dealer since it may be under warranty. After taking it to Kelly Nissan it turns out that nothing was wrong with my Altima's cat and after quickly looking under my vehicle (which my mechanic clearly did not do) they saw a bent piece that was pressing up against my exhaust. Service Manager Larry and a mechanic took me out to the shop to show me the damage and fixed it on the spot. They charged me nothing for the fix and even washed my Altima. Never going back to my local mechanic again! More

From the manager Jon Miller to the service writers to the many excellent technicians, I have never been disappointed! In particular, Larry Hughes from the service desk is amazing. I go out of my way to make sure he is working on the days I schedule service because he makes me feel special, like I might be his only customer!! We currently are driving our 2nd and 3rd Nissans from Kelly, and I am shopping now with them for a 2017...because of Larry and the service department. When my long time salesman retired, it was Larry whom I asked for a recommendation, and we bought Nissan #3 from Eric Sparrow, and soon #4. If I wasn't satisfied with the service at Kelly, I would be looking elsewhere for a new car. More

In advance of a LOOOONG drive from PA to FL for a family trip to Disney World, Larry made sure that our Murano was ship-shape (which was fitting, considering we were heading toward a hurricane!!! - but that's another story...). He's consistently pleasant, always takes extra time to explain things, and tries his best to get me the best price. Moreover, the whole service team at Kelly Nissan is TRUSTWORTHY... and that's not easy to come by. It's also worth noting that Service Manager Jon Miller is also a class act and a straight-shooter who clearly inspires his department to excel and has the right management skills to prioritize both his staff and his customers. More
