Very friendly and professional Took my 14 Versa in for service and ended up buying a 17 Sentra due to a remarkable young salesman by the name of Zack Hafer. I was prepared to pay the 84.00 to reprogram it but you all found the only problem was the battery was installed upside down. You could have just not told me and charged me but you didn't.
