I called their Service Department and explained my situation to Ryan. He said no problem, bring it right in and they will take care of me. When I got there Larry was my advisor and got me all set up and the car was in the shop in minutes. Within less than 30 minutes not only was my tire repaired, but Larry had it washed and waiting for me outside! Now that's service! More

He explained the process, answer my many questions, advised me what is recommended based on my milage as well as the the State's requirements regarding my engine emissions. He laid out the content and approximately the time it would take to complete the service. He asked if I was aware of the service waiting area and some of the amenities provided. I indicated I was aware and went on to use the facilities. It was very nice enjoying a cup of coffee especially so early in the morning and chatting with another customer. All the facilities were clean. What seemed like no time at all my Murano was completed. Larry presented the service paper work, what was done, what did not need to be done at this time, and explained each item including State tax. He brought me over to the pay station. While I was paying the woman employee she inquired as to whether I would like to use the points I had earned from previous service provided. I was pleasantly surprised and advised to apply my $36.45. The women name I've forgotten but she was helpful answering question regarding the use of Kelly's Coupons for future service. More
BLOWN TIRE AND BENT RIM After hitting a pot hole on the Interstate and blowing my tire, bending my rim, I took it to Kelly Nissan. I was thankful that they were able to get the rim in the next day because riding around on a donut tire is not a safe thing to do. I did feel that the rim was overpriced at $700, but they got it in right away, so that's big. No matter what I bring the car in for, they check everything, and I'm thankful that they checked my battery and discovered that it was very low. A new battery installed insures that I won't be getting stuck on the Interstate again, at least not for that reason! Always very pleased with the service, lack of pressure from the people there, and their eagerness to help. Also, a beautifully washed and dried off car is what I drove away with. Thankful More
