It's no surprise that being young & a female can be a downside when walking into a car dealership. There are stereotypes that go along with each and unfortunately, people are ignorant enough to follow al downside when walking into a car dealership. There are stereotypes that go along with each and unfortunately, people are ignorant enough to follow along with them by the mere sight of a person. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were met and greeted by friendly sales people and managers. Not one person made us uncomfortable or feel unworthy to be there. They took us seriously and gave us exactly what we wanted in a timely matter. The process was quick and easy and everyone was very informative and in tune to our needs, not just out to make a quick dollar. They honestly told us what would benefit us, not just the dealership, which shows a lot for their character and business model. I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car with my personal experience to back the quality of their work. Thank you very much Kelly Nissan, we'll be doing business again in the future. More
I am a recent college grad and I really wanted to treat myself to a new car. I contacted Richard Malz and he was nothing but friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment and he asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and what I liked in a car. The next day, I went in for a test drive and he picked out the perfect car for me. I could not have made a better choice. It was like he knew exactly what I'd like and we had never even met before. I drove the car off the lot the same day. I would definitely recommend Richard and Kelly Nissan to any friend or family member. More
They were wonderful to deal with...our original plan was not to buy a car that day or even possibly from that dealer, but WITHOUT ANY high-pressure sales tactics, we did anyway. We just saw a vehicle/deal that we could not pass up...a 2008 Nissan Versa with only 6000 miles on it! It was practically like brand-new, despite being 2 years old! Dick was really laid-back and wonderful to work with...we felt totally comfortable with him...poor Mike (finance manager) was backed up with dealing with other customers, so it was a while before we got to finally see him. Dick came and sat with us while we waited, and we just talked about anything and everything (not even car-related) for like an hour. He was just so personable and easy to talk to. Mike was great too...he actually came to us at one point while we were waiting, introduced himself, and apologized personally for the delay. While we were getting antsy, it's good to see that they put every effort into making sure the customer is happy and taken care of, no matter how long it took. When we finally did get to see him, he was wonderful about answering any questions, reassuring any doubts I had, and making sure I got the payments/loan I wanted. Again, we felt totally comfortable asking him anything and everything we wanted. So, yes, I would definitely go back to them again! It was a totally different experience from our last car-buying experience...I wish all dealerships/sales/finance personnel were like Dick and Mike. More

He is the "polar" opposite of the stereotypical "cheesy" car salesman. This attitude also spilled over into the finance department where we worked with Dave to hammer out the deal. What a pleasant surprise to walk into Kelly Nissan and actually be greeted by an entire staff of smiling and friendly faces. We felt very much "at home". We can only hope that the service department shares the same work ethic as the sales department. We will definitely recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone looking for a good deal on a car! More
Had a nice visit to the dealer. Adrian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Test drive was better than the usual. Pointed out features most don't bother with. FROM THE MOMENT MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED INTO KELLY NISSAN AND WE WERE GREETED, WE KNEW WE WERE AT THE RIGHT PLACE, MATT KELLY WAS THE FRIENDLIEST, MOST HONEST, DESCRIPTIVE AND DETAILED SALES PERSON WE HAVE AND WE WERE GREETED, WE KNEW WE WERE AT THE RIGHT PLACE, MATT KELLY WAS THE FRIENDLIEST, MOST HONEST, DESCRIPTIVE AND DETAILED SALES PERSON WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH, I TRUSTED HIM WITH MY NEEDS AND WANTS FROM THE MOMENT WE SHOOK HANDS AND A FEW DAYS LATER I DROVE OUT OF THERE WITH MY BRAND NEW 2010 NISSAN SENTRA. MOST IMPORTANTLY EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT MICHAEL SALAVATI (BUSINESS MANAGER) WAS ABLE TO WORK HIS MAGIC WITH THE BANK, WHICH ALLOWED ME NOT ONLY TO LEAVE WITH THE CAR I WANTED BUT WITH COMFORTABLE PAYMENT PLANS THAT WORKED FOR ME....I AM REALLY GRATEFUL, FOR THE TIME AND ATTENTION HE PUT INTO MAKING SURE WE LEFT HAPPY. I have purchased 2 Nissans from Kelly Nissan and since my last purchase they became Kelly Nissan and moved even further from my home. Gary Graff was great. Our sales experience at Kelly Nissan was amazing. I had talked to Richard Malz online about 2 weeks before we actually went to the dealer to inquire about the 2007 Nissan Armada SE we ended up purchasing.. talked to Richard Malz online about 2 weeks before we actually went to the dealer to inquire about the 2007 Nissan Armada SE we ended up purchasing... My fiance and I went to the dealership and met Richard (great guy!) who had the vehicle parked right out in front of the dealership with a WELCOME SARAH sign on the windshield for my fiance. We drove the Armada, and also got a chance to drive a Pathfinder, just to make sure we weren't going with too big of an SUV, but the Armada ended up being the perfect car for us. Kelly Nissan even let us take the vehicle home for the night, just to make sure we liked it as much as we thought. We were back in the dealership first thing the next morning with our trade, and we're able to work out a great price within a minimal amount of time working with Richard & Mark. We took delivery of our Armada on 04/03/2010, and have loved it every minute since! More
