I had a wonderful experience working with Karen. She listened, was honest, and did what she could to get me in the vehicle I wanted (even though I changed my mind a few times - okay maybe more than a fe listened, was honest, and did what she could to get me in the vehicle I wanted (even though I changed my mind a few times - okay maybe more than a few) Did I mention she was patient and kind as well? In the end I drove home with a brand new Rogue which I LOVE. I don't miss my Murano one bit, but have to say, love the Murano vehicles, too.
