Our visit was a random walk in and we were immediatley greeted in a friendly albeit non-pushy manner. One option, a factor in our purchase was the vehicle we considered had a spoiler affixed. A solution was offered to replace the truck lid from another same color Altima that did not have the spoiler. The salesman and management staff located a car in the color I was interested in, unfortunately; the vehicle in Maryland had a multitude of other options we were not interested in. I could sense the staff was anxious to move the only Altima with a six cylinder which is something we wanted. The staff also knew the importance of having a vehicle in white. Without being overbearing, the salesman probed if I had any interest in the Altima we drove since is was blue vs. white; if the pricing was right. I advised; provide me with your bottom line price vs. the original price provided and I would decide at that time. I naturally had in my mind what I thought would be the bottom line price, only to learn it had exceeded my paradigm in reduction. Ultimately we did purchase and the courtesy continued through signatures, to delivery. All personnel were friendly and provided a non plastic interest in conversational discourse, including learning what our outside interests were. I have been a long time Buick customer and thanks to Obama's usurpation of GM (Government Motors) I have moved away from GM. If we should continue to receive the same service, Nissan loayalty may be the by-product. More

I came into Kelly Nissan looking to purchase a 2010 Nissan Altima or a 2010 Nissan Rouge.
