Charles Nowak was very helpful in our decision to buy the Nissan Rogue. He was not pushy, which really would have turned us off because there is nothing worse than a pushy sales person. He was very patient with us while we made our decision as we were not totally sure what we were actually going to do when we arrived at the dealership because we had been going back and forth as to whether we were actually going to purchase a vehicle or not. I am very satisfied with my Nissan Rogue and with the excellent service Charles provided to us. More

So I Bought a used vehicle from this dealership about 2 months ago thinking that they were legit. I had a problem with my car not driving right the other day so I got it towed back to the dealership to se months ago thinking that they were legit. I had a problem with my car not driving right the other day so I got it towed back to the dealership to see what the problem was, since it was still under warranty. They ended up sending it to audi since that was the make of the car, two days later it was back and we found out it was a recall problem. Now when I left the car it had 1/2 tank of gas, 43,059 miles on it, when I got the car back it had 43,127 miles on it and a quarter of a tank, the interior wasn't even cleaned nor the exterior washed. When asked about why neither or was done, the guy says nissan doesn't clean cars that are not their brand, they forgot to wash it, and as far as the gas they were doing me a favor by driving my car that (I had TOWED there) to audi and basically said it is what it is. IF YOU CAN'T GIVE GOOD SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS DON'T OFFER USED VEHICLES AND THEN TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY SERVICES PLANS FROM YOU. After you buy the plan they will just send it to that dealer and take no responsibility for anything because its not a nissan. which was crazy because after this problem I was going to purchase their service plan because my warranty is going to end soon, Good luck getting any kind of service if you buy a used vehicle from this dealership, they don't even throw in paper floor mats. Pathetic Service!!! More

I was looking for a new car. I visited Kelly Nissan and Young's Mazda. I went back to Kelly Nissan and dealt with Jim Windish as I did the first time I stopped in. I never felt pressured. He took his time and went over all aspects of helping me choose my car. I was very impressed with the Nissan Rogue and am now a very happy owner of this car. Jim helped me very patiently get the car and price I wanted. My past 4 cars have been the Honda Accord. I have always had great luck with this, but it was time for a change. Jim was fantastic with all my questions and concerns. I would definately refer him and this dealership to my friends and family. My youngest will be turning 16 in July. I hope Jim is still there to help me find the right car for her also. Every one there was very nice, even John Arena who was patient with the financing end of this sale. Thank you to you all. The salesman i had was Mr Malz. I could have ask for a better salesman to deal with for buying a used car from. Mr. Malz is a friendly and straightfoward man.
