I visited Kelly Nissan during my lunch break to satisfy my curiosity about the new Juke. I was greeted by Charles, who had the keys in hand so I could take a look. He offered a test drive, but because I had to get back to work, I declined, and said I would be back later. I came back after work and took the Juke out for a test drive with my family in tow. For the sake of comparison, I decided to take a Rogue out for a test drive as well. The consensus was that not only was the Rogue bigger, but we also liked it better than the Juke. I then went inside to get down to business. I had a Ford Fusion for trade in that I know I was upside down in, so we had to factor that into the price of the Rogue. I worked with Charles and his sales manager Chuck Matthews, and we came to a deal that worked. The only remaining obstacle was that I had aftermarket speakers that I needed to remove before I could trade in the Ford. The shop I deal with for my car audio is really busy with remote starter installs, and they weren't going to be able to get me in until February. So I began taking out the aftermarket speakers and amps myself, out in street in the cold, because I have no driveway or garage. Knowing this, Charles actually called and offered me the use of the dealers Detail shop to do the work so I could be out of the weather. Even though I ended up finishing what needed to be done here, the fact that they offered their facilities to me really impressed me. Even more impressive is that because I uninstalled the aftermarket speakers and reinstalled the stock on my own, I had some issues getting the door speakers to work. Charles told me to bring it in anyway, and they would have their guys figure out what was going on and make it work. I'm really impressed with the lengths that Charles, Chuck and the rest of the folks went to make the sale and get me in the vehicle I wanted. We arrived at the dealer around 1pm to make the deal. Charles had all of the paperwork ready, as did the F&I department. We spent a half hour signing all the pertinent papers, Charles went over all the manuals and gave us a walk around of the vehicle, made sure we were satisfied, and we were on our way. The entire experience was very pleasant, and for the first time I feel like a dealer went out of their way to gain a customer, not just sell a car. I highly recommend Charles Nowak and Kelly Nissan to anyone in the market for a new Nissan. More
Where to begin, I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to salespeople and service. Every time I purchase a vehicle it seems like it's been a long drawn out process with people taking me for a ride. Kelly to salespeople and service. We arrived to find the vehicle we had looked at the previous evening online outside of the front entrance. Our salesman Scott was also outside. We found out this particular vehicle was possibly sold,but did everything he could to try and accomodate us with financing because it may fall through. Long story short, my girlfriend got the vehicle she wanted at a payment that fit her budget. I applaude this entire staff and their pursuit of excellence with customer service/sales. Thank you again Scott,John, & Dave. You will be sure to see us again when we purchase our next vehicle. More

My husband initially spoke to someone else at that dealership and he told him he would be in the following day at 10:00 and that Consultant wasn't able to be there so gave the paperwork to Jason. We were quite happy he handed the information over to Jason as it was such a pleasure speaking to Jason and doing business with him. John Arena, the Finance Manager, explained all the programs available to us and was very helpful, but not too pushy. He too was a pleasure to deal with. We most definately would go to Kelly Nissan again, as well as refer them to friends. More
My recent visit to Kelly Nissan was a satisfying experience that resulted in my purchase of a 2011 Rogue. My Sales Consultant Mr. Nowak displayed professionalism at each step of the sales process. O experience that resulted in my purchase of a 2011 Rogue. My Sales Consultant Mr. Nowak displayed professionalism at each step of the sales process. On the test drive he explained in detail the many features that separated the Rogue from competitor produts. It was both his approach to the sals process and the indepth knowledge of his product were very instrumental in my selection on not only the Rogue but also Kelly Nissan. Mr. Nowak is a productive member of the Kelly team who not only contributes to the overall Kelly objectives but also provides supperior customer interface with the Kelly Team as a whole. The Sales manager Mr. Chuck Matthews also deserves positive comment, his assistance in arriving at a equitable sales amount further fortified my desire to purchase a Rogue at Kelly Nissan. Although I must comment that had I been a Eagles fan I may have been able experience an even more equitable financial settlement. In closing, wishing the Kelly Team (and of course the Philly Eagles)sucess in the future and of course the Merriest of times during this holiday season. Ken Nagy More

We test drove a new Juke back in Oct.,knew we liked it right away, enough to make a purchase. Were told we needed to make a deposit to obtain our Juke,so we did on Nov. 5th. Dealership said car would arrive Thanksgiving weekend. It didn't. Then we were given a date of Dec. 8th. It didn't come in then either.At that time we were told that not only hadn't the car arrived,but also that a different color car than we ordered was being sent by Nissan. So, we got accustomed to the fact that we wouldn't be getting a Graphite Blue Juke but rather a Sapphire Black Juke. Okay, we could live with that.Around Christmastime we were told the Sapphire Black car wouldn't be coming in either and that the Graphite Blue should be coming in Jan. 28th but there were no guarantees that it would ariive then(are you following all of this?).Was about to get my non-refundable deposit back when the manager called to let us know that, yes, an SL Juke had arrived but it was in Gun Metallic Gray. We went to look at it and made the purchase even though it was not what we ordered back on Nov. 5th. frankly because we were tired of waiting and getting the run around. Even though our experience at Kelly Nissan wasn't stellar, we really did like our salesperson,Charlie Nowak.He was courteous,professional and very likable. I think the dealership could use a little work on their communication skills. Furthemore,the finance department seems to overwhelmed and could use some extra help to expedite the sales process. I think another reviewer has mentioned this as well. Once the deal is made, no one wants to hang around three to four hours to close the deal. More

My dad and I originally came looking for a VW but it had previously been sold. Jason helped us look around for a car that was within my strict requirements. After not being able to find a suitable car in the lot, he took us into the garage to show us more. He introduced us to his manager and many other sales people at the dealership. Unfortunately, the first time around we found no cars, so we gave Jason our number and told him to call if anything comes up. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later, we get a call. My dad and I came back in and end up buying the car he suggested with an outrageous deal. The car is great! Thanks to Jason. More
I have to say that this was one of the BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. Richard was FANTASTIC! Friendly, patient, accomodating, and above all a TRUE professional. I had to come in to get a new (well, new to me) vehicle because the 2006 Jeep Liberty that I had (also bought from the Kelly group!) was totalled in an accident 12/27/10 on Rt 22 W during a white out snow drift that came across the road. I was the last vehicle in a 5 "car" pile up that day. That Jeep saved my life! I wasn't wearing my seatbelt, but thanks to the airbag and the solid TANK LIKE construction of that Jeep, I was able to walk away. Because of this recent crash experience and how much I loved that Jeep, I was having a really rough time committing to another vehicle. Richard's patience with me was amazing. I felt like I was being a pain in the... well, rump, but Richard assured me that he understood that this was a difficult time and decision and to take my time. I felt SO relaxed. ALL sales people should be like this!!!! Anyway, I saw the Kia online and sent a request for info in. Richard responded both by email and phone. As soon as we talked on the phone, I felt like I knew him for YEARS! He was SO friendly. There was not a doubt in my mind that I was going to buy a vehicle from him, whether it was going to be the Kia or not. He was getting MY business. My previous experience with Kelly was ok. I mean, I loved the Jeep. We got a FANTASTIC deal, but the sales rep that was training the other sales rep that got credit for my purchase was just slimy. He personified every quality that people hate about salespeople. But, he did give us a good deal, which when it comes down to $$$ that's really all that matters. It is because of that business transaction that I looked at Kelly first. It is SOLEY because of RICHARD MALZ that I bought from Kelly AGAIN and I would AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! If ANYONE that I know in PA or NJ is looking for a great place and a great person to buy a vehicle from, I'm pointing them in KELLY'S and RICHARD'S direction. So, again... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I'd be more than willing to share photos before and after of the Jeep and me with Richard and my NEW PURCHASE!!!
