This was the second purchase experience at Kelly. Both my wife and I leased 2 Rogues almost 2 years ago. Both times (09' and yesterday) we dealt with Allen. He was very pleasant and did everything he could to make the sale work for everyone. It was a little challenging during the delivery phase as the finance manager was backed up with other deliveries.
