After looking and multiple dealerships in the area in purchasing a used car, we found that Kelly Nissan was the most organized, clean, efficient and friendly in helping us with our purchase. Our salesman Gary was very helpful in finding the car that perfectly fit our needs and was very patient and kind. After our purchase, Kelly Nissan went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with our purchase and thanked us multiple times for our purchase, letting us know that they wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase and could come back at any time if anything were to go wrong. Same as any shifty dealer. They're happy to take your money when you buy a car. When you need service they will rip you off with gotcha pricing. I took my wife's 2011 Versa there for it's 15K service whi money when you buy a car. When you need service they will rip you off with gotcha pricing. I took my wife's 2011 Versa there for it's 15K service which was supposed to be $191. I also needed an error code reset for the airbag system. My bill was over $300!!! I inspected the invoice and found that they charged $95 to reset the error code! Not bad for 10 minutes work. I know that's how long it took because I watched the service tech hook up the machine and stare at it for 5 minutes. That comes to $380/hr! I don't think I'll be going back for ANY service unless I can absolutely sure it's covered under warranty. I have every intention to make sure that the next $300 worth of service I need will be coming from some other place. More
Loved the experience I had buying a car from Kelly Nissan. Scott and Mike really took care of us, and let us spend as much time as we needed discussing the different options we had for our price range Nissan. I had gone with my son 18 year old son to look for a new car for him after he was in an accident. This was the first dealership we had stopped at, with intentions of stopping other places to do some compar car for him after he was in an accident. This was the first dealership we had stopped at, with intentions of stopping other places to do some comparison shopping. Surprisingly that never happened, he ended up driving away 3 hours later in a new (used) car! Upon arrival Scott greeted us within a couple of minutes and was very helpful in assisting us in finding something that he both felt comfortable in and was in our price range. Now I mentioned that we were at the dealership for 3 hours time, but the time flew by, believe it or not because Scott was very pleasant, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working with us. He wasn't your usual "pushy salesman. One us even said "this is the most fun I have ever had buying a car" I was a bit unhappy about the fact that I had to request a car fax more than once and they seemed a bit uneasy about producing it for me. Also we were told if for some reason there was something wrong with the vehicle or we were not satisfied we had 3 days to return the vehicle. He did not tell us that Sunday, (even though they are not open) counts as one of those days. Other than those two things, I would recommend Kelly Nissan for that reason as well as their "no hassle" pricing. What you see is what you get. More
