The entire experience was great. Right when I stepped out of my car i was greeted by Nick Paxos, sales consultant. He introduced himself, asked me what i was there for, which was to get a new car, I tol out of my car i was greeted by Nick Paxos, sales consultant. I also dealt with Matt Kelly, who told me that I could take the Rogue home for the night to see if I liked it before I bought it. I could not believe they would do that! The next day I told them what I wanted and we were able to make a deal. I could not have dealt with a nicer group of salesmen. They were not pushy or demanding in buying the vehicle. The Parts & Service manager, Jon Miller was also an understanding person. I loved the vehicle so much but something wasn't right about it. To me the steering wheel was misaligned. So Jon and the Technician who worked on the SUV both went for test drives with me to see what I was talking about.
