Actually went to Kelly Nissan to ascertain if the deals I had been offered on the Internet were reasonable and fair. When I arrived I walked around a bit and soon a very polite sales consultant asked me if h had been offered on the Internet were reasonable and fair. When I arrived I walked around a bit and soon a very polite sales consultant asked me if he could be of assistance. I was looking for a Nissan Frontier. Eric offered to show me their large selection and he very wisely brought all the keys to all the trucks. This made it very easy for me to inspect each truck, and compare them. We took a couple of test rides and I settled on a vehicle. I had a trade, and as with all car dealerships, their is the trade in appraisal, development of the deal, etc etc and that of course takes time. Eric kept me appraised of the progress and asked if I wanted a beverage while I waited. He treated me as if my time was valuable, and that impressed me. A great deal was struck and I took delivery the next day. I have purchased and leased many, many vehicles and the experience thus far at Kelly Nissan was great. The sales consultant makes the dealership, followed by service, thus far they are Five Star. More

We were looking to replace my wife's car and stopped by after looking at the used selection online. After visiting six other car dealerships in both PA and NJ, it was refreshing to find someone who not only listened to us, but also immediately began helping us instead of throwing vehicles at us to see if we would bite. Once helping us to find a vehicle, Tim also made the effort to help bridge the distance to completing the deal by offering many different financing and trade in options that we did not know were available. Mike Disora, Tim Foltin's Manager, Matt Kelly, and John Lim all contributed to the best car purchase experience (out of at least a dozen) that we have had over the last twenty years. I was able to test drive the car, take the car overnight to make sure i felt comfortable in it, and was shown as details and accesories the car had. He was very informative, willing to listen, friendly, and stayed past his shift to make sure I recieved all the information I needed. I got a tour of the maintence department as well. My parents were very happy with their experience at Kelly Nissan so after looking at several dealerships, I went to Kelly. I worked with Nick Paxos who was extremely helpful, he was very knowledgeable about Nissan so after looking at several dealerships, I went to Kelly. I worked with Nick Paxos who was extremely helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the Murano. He was very friendly and accommodating to my son and I and even let me take the car for the evening. Nick helped me to get what I wanted for my trade and the best deal on the new Murano. Before picking up the car, I called several times and Nick made all of my requests a reality. Even the paperwork end of my deal went smoothly! It was a very quick efficient process orchestrated by the finance manager. At first I wanted to lease another Subaru Legacy but my husband reminded me that they were too low for the amount of snow we get here in Stroudsburg. So I started looking at the Rogue being driven by other motorists on the road and I liked them. I went to Abeloff and drove one but wanted to shop around for a better deal. My financial circumstances have changed and some of the perks on my current car was not important such as the moonroof and heated leather seats. Kelly was my second dealer to visit and I was quite impressed with the large, spacious and clean showroom and the warm, friendly staff that welcomed me at the door. Mario listened to my needs and presented me with this car that I am still getting to know and love with a payment $150 less than what I was paying before. Even after the delivery of my car, I can still call him with any questions or concerns and he always finds the time to speak to me More
The service department was horrible I went to get my car fixed and two days later another problem occurred and they stated that it was "over looked" when apparently they do a multipoint inspection and check fixed and two days later another problem occurred and they stated that it was "over looked" when apparently they do a multipoint inspection and check marked the part that went bad was good and didnt need repair. They did not offer a discount, apologize or anything for the inconvenience they have caused me, in driving back to the dealership. They came out with another bill totaling over $200. I was not happy and the service manager said he would call me back after the weekend to discuss the situation, and I did not hear a thing from him or the dealership. I will no longer do business with them. More
