I cannot recommend buying a new car with Don Riley highly enough. He was professional, personable, with a good sense of humor == very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and sensitive to my car needs. He walked me through the whole process -- which I usually don't enjoy -- very carefully, taking his time to explain every step carefully and thoroughly. I never felt 'pressured' or that I was just a 'sale'. As a result I drove home with exactly the car I wanted, with a deal that I thought was very fair. He was, by far, the best car sales representative I've ever dealt with and will certainly contact him again for future car purchases/needs. More
I had a great experience at Kelly Nissan. I went in not knowing whether I even wanted a Nissan or another car (Honda, Mazda, Volkswagen) and had visited one other dealer that same day. As soon as I walked knowing whether I even wanted a Nissan or another car (Honda, Mazda, Volkswagen) and had visited one other dealer that same day. As soon as I walked in the door, Don Riley greeted me, brought me over and just asked me what I was looking for. I kept it very simple: these are the features I want in a car, this is what I want to pay, this is what I don't like about my current car and dealer (a Chevy Cobalt). He showed me brochures and packages and let me know what they had left from their 2011 stock. I let him know that not only did I have a distinct price point I had to meet, but that I had problems the last time I bought a car where I felt pressured and hurried to sign on the line. Don Riley was extraordinarily patient with me. He found the car, in teh color, with teh features that I wanted, and let me take it for a ride. During the ride he had the office do paperwork to let me know a breakdown of all the finances, piece by piece, so that after the ride, we could talk about meeting my needs.After receiving Don's personal cell phone number, I took the paper and brochures and went to see other dealers, just so I walk away and compare experiences. After visiting other local dealers, I realized I might have something special in the car I drove and went back that day to leave a "hold" deposit which would be refunded if I didn't lease that car. I drove the car a second time that day. Don Riley always answered my phone calls and I wound up driving that same car maybe 3 other times that week with different passengers (I like to make sure I have plenty of helpers), and every time, even on his day off, Don was availible to me, and always had the car ready for me to test drive. Before the week's end, I realized I couldn't compare the car, or the customer service, to any other dealer in teh area. It stood out as the best for meeting all my needs, both personally and financially. I never felt rushed, pressured to buy the car, or like a nuisance to my salesman. He seemed to really understand that I wanted to make the best decision for myself and that in order to do that, I had to shop around. He assured me every time I walked away that I would be back and he knew that he found the car I would eventually lease. It's been 4 months. I love the car. It's been everything he and the sticker told me it would be and more! My gas mileage is incredible and I know if I have any problems, I can shoot him a call or e-mail and he'll direct me where to go. More

Bill was great to work with in finding my new vehicle - friendly and informative. I never felt pressured and was able to take as many different test drives as I wanted, until I was fully comfortable and re friendly and informative. Fred Rizzi is an excellent salesman. He explained every aspect of the cars we were interested in. He discussed the trade in value of our car, told us about all of the options on the new car that were avai aspect of the cars we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable,patient, courteous, and an excellent listener. We purchased a new 2011 Rogue. My husband and I would buy a car again from Fred Rizzi and Kelly Motors. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Eric was outside waiting to greet me and get started. He was very friendly, helped me narrow down my choices very quickly. I am a 21 year old female in college and I did not have anyone go to the Nissan dealership with me so I was very nervous because I have heard horror stories about about car sales people. Despite my situation, I knew that I needed to get a car because it is a necessity to commute to and from school and work. I was graciously greeted by Eric Sparrow and he smiled,shook my hand, and asked how I was doing. He sat me down so we could get started right away. He was training someone, and although I do not remember his name, he was also extremely friendly and helpful. They treated me as if they had already knew me. They gave me coffee :-), we joked around, and most importantly they answered each and every one of my 5 million questions. If they did not know the answer they did not pretend they did, they immediately found someone who did know the answer so I would not be steered in the wrong direction. They hooked me up with affordable insurance and they worked to get me payments that I can afford which is amazing and I am so happy I went to them. When I left and told people of my fantastic experience, I got the response over and over again that I was very lucky because the process of buying a car is not usually that much fun! Thank you for making my first experience buying a car an amazing one and I will recommend you to anyone who asks about where to go to buy a car! P.S. Eric, you look great with hair! More
Eric and Kevin went to great lengths to make sure the we got the car we wanted. We had very specific wants and a certain budget we had to stay in. i visited a few local nissan dealerships and non compare Kelly on 33. As soon as i walked in i was treated with respect and wasn't viewed as dollar bills.
