I purchased my Xterra PRO 4 X from your dealership about nine months ago, Leonardo Suncar and John Lim where outstanding in their professionalism. I'm just astonished by the fact that I get a special greeting from Leo and John every time I'm there for a routine service, they somehow know that I'm there and they go out of thier way to come to the waiting area to shake my hand and asks about me and my family and the the car, that means a lot to me cause that shows me that nine months after the purchase they still care about their customers. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and i have never seen these from any of the dealerships in the past. Why would I want to give my business to anyone else when I'm respected like this. I had been to 6 other dealers before going to Kelly. From the first call to Jess who got back to me promptly about a vehicle price, next to Ted ??? (I think)the online salesman who suggested I come in and see what cars they had in my price range, to Bill who met me in the lot and showed me more quality cars in my range then all the other dealers combined, to Mike the manager who helped us close the deal within my budget. I know I only bought an inexpensive used car but I felt like Bill honestly valued my business and treated me with the same respect as if I was buying a top of the line new vehicle. Although I can't buy that new vehicle right now I will be back (hopefully by mid 2012). I also greatly appreciate the complete break down on what your mechanics determined the car needs.
