After waiting for over 5 hours to complete the transaction, I was presented with A car that was missing floor mats. I drove off their lot at 4:30 pm (remember I agreed to buy the vehicle at 2:30 noon). The next day I noticed that my new 2014 xterra had millions of scratches on the doors and on the hood. I immediately reached out to Jon,the general manager via email and explained the situation. I waited the next day to receive a reply but no answer. I called the Internet manager, Leo and told him about the scratches. He advised me to send pictures. The next day I emailed Leo with the pictures but didn't receive a response.The following day I called the general manager And asked him how they were going to handle the problem, he said that he will Speak to the sales person and get back to me but he never did. One day after I called Leo again. He told me that the only thing they can offer me is a free buffing.. I asked if they will give me another car and he said NO. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Stay away from them.. More

Scott Tophoney and Mark Swoyer made my first time buying a car a very amazing experience. From day one Scott was professional, extremely patient and very pleasant. When it came time to look at car and make a choice I felt I was talking to my best friend whom I have known my whole. He was so genuine, he ask question like- what color cars do you love? the whole process was about me- what I wanted and best of all there was no pressure. When I finally decided on a car Scott and Mark worked hard to get me the best rate and the best price. I am so glad Don returned to Kelly Nissan!!! Don followed up with me from information he had when my dad leased a vehicle 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, at the time of the follow up call, I'd just purchased a up with me from information he had when my dad leased a vehicle 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, at the time of the follow up call, I'd just purchased another vehicle elsewhere and wasn't in the market. HOWEVER, shortly thereafter, things about my new car started to concern me. Most of all...poor visibility. For obvious reasons this was a huge concern. So I pulled Don's info back up and gave him a call. I explained my concerns, gave him the info he requested, and 48 hours later I was driving home in another new vehicle; one that I feel completely confident in driving. Everyone was super friendly and willing to work with me, despite what seemed like an unreasonable request. I was back at the dealership today and welcomed with open arms. So it's certainly not a matter of once you've signed, you're forgotten. I was a long time customer of another local dealership that I purchased 6 cars from in 10 years.
