I went to Kelly Nissan of Route 33 to look at the Nissan Rogue and find out if I'd be able to finance my purchase. My knowledge of new technology in cars is limited and he answered all of my questions along the way. I asked questions about the features and the engine and always got an answer from Mark that was precise and worded in a way that made perfect sense to me. He was an expert at explaining how things worked and what benefit they would have for me. Before I came, I had prepared myself with an idea of what sort of financing I might be able to get and was anticipating and ready for a higher interest rate. Mark took his time and kept telling me how great his finance manager was, Daniel Graff. I didn't get to meet Daniel until later in my interaction. He was taking time, for me, to call around and find me the best rate possible. When I did meet him and he told me that my interest rate would be around 11% (which I expected) I was shocked as he said I'm going to look into it more because I feel you deserve a better rate. It took time to find but Daniel and Mark always updated me with what they were doing, and I greatly appreciate their hard work. In the end Daniel was able to get me an interest rate that was much lower. I am so happy he thought I was worth that much work to get me the best rate. Daniel then went through all the paperwork with me and helped me get the best coverage plan for repairs and assistance that fit me and my Nissan Rogue. In the end I couldn't be happier with Mark and Daniel. They truly gave me an experience that in my eyes went above and beyond. They treated me with respect and always gave me an honest answer and opinion to help me. I would happily deal with them again and will encourage anyone else to do the same More

Scott and Dan honestly did more than I could have asked for. After being turned down at other dealerships all day and feeling discouraged about my first car buying experience, I walked onto the lot an hour for. After being turned down at other dealerships all day and feeling discouraged about my first car buying experience, I walked onto the lot an hour before close and drove off in my dream car a little more than an hour later. I knew exactly what car I wanted and what I could afford and Scott and Dan went above and beyond to be able to make my dream come true. Scott was never the type of sales person you felt was working against you, he never let me sit for longer than 5 minutes without him checking in on me to make sure I knew all the steps him and his team were taking to get me my car. Scott was beyond friendly and it really made the situation a lot less stressful to be in. After calming my nerves and reassuring me that I would drive off in my dream car today, Dan and Scott went more than out of their way to stay after closing hours to not rush me and make sure that every thing was in place. Dan took his time and explained everything to me that I was signing and gave his honest opinion while making sure I got only what I wanted. I have already, and will continue to recommend both of these guys to anyone who asks and I am constantly reminded how much they did for me every time I get behind the wheel of my perfect car! Instead, he took my telephone number and, over then next few weeks, called when he had something he thought I might like. Yesterday I bought a beautiful, low mileage, Nissan Altima with Bluetooth - exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford. Mohammed was respectful of my needs and pocketbook.
