Don, our sales person, was courteous, helpful, very attentive and knowledgeable. During a finance problem he worked diligently to assist in solving the problem and offering alternatives to rectify the attentive and knowledgeable. Upon delivery of the car, his knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was exceptional and he explained many of the complex functions of the car as thoroughly as possible. We have communicated with him numerous times through text messaging to get assistance in how to operate different functions. His response has always been immediate, no matter what time of the day. We will highly recommend him to our friends if and when they are looking to make a car purchase. By the way, the day we came into the dealership to make our purchase, it was Don's day off. He was there because of a snow storm and was assisting in the clean up of the lot. He worked with us until 7PM that evening. More
