I am so glad Don returned to Kelly Nissan!!! Don followed up with me from information he had when my dad leased a vehicle 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, at the time of the follow up call, I'd just purchased a up with me from information he had when my dad leased a vehicle 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately, at the time of the follow up call, I'd just purchased another vehicle elsewhere and wasn't in the market. HOWEVER, shortly thereafter, things about my new car started to concern me. Most of all...poor visibility. For obvious reasons this was a huge concern. So I pulled Don's info back up and gave him a call. I explained my concerns, gave him the info he requested, and 48 hours later I was driving home in another new vehicle; one that I feel completely confident in driving. Everyone was super friendly and willing to work with me, despite what seemed like an unreasonable request. I was back at the dealership today and welcomed with open arms. So it's certainly not a matter of once you've signed, you're forgotten. I was a long time customer of another local dealership that I purchased 6 cars from in 10 years. But the transition to a new "home" was an easy one. THANK YOU! More

A year prior to visiting Scott at Kelly Nissan, I had purchased a car from another dealership. I did not like the car nor was I happy with the finance rate I had received. Even though my credit is not purchased a car from another dealership. I did not like the car nor was I happy with the finance rate I had received. Even though my credit is not great, Scott was able to get me out of my old loan and approved for a new Nissan Rogue. Not only that but he was able to cut my interest rate by 10.5%!! Went to have Nissan Versa repaired one Saturday. Needed part that was not in stock. While there was looking at Nissan Rouge. Leo Suncar, salesperson, answered all questions and took me on test drive. As wife was not with me and needed the part for Nissan Versa, returned the following Saturday with wife and Versa for repair. Leo showed Nissan Rouge to wife and myself again. Leo was very friendly and helpful and wife said she felt no pressure at all from him (and that goes for me also). Mark Swoyer, recently promoted to Finance Manager arranged all the paperwork involved for our leased 2013 Nissan Rouge that the wife and I both enjoy driving. I been dealing with Kelly Nissan for many years......(first Nissan was bought at the old Cooper Nissan)....and I am very satisfied with the vehicles, the service team, Larry Hughes I know more of....but no problems with the other guyes there. It was a pleasure working with Ken , he's knowledgeable , friendly , he's a straight shooter . We didn't have to waste a lot of time haggling about the price Kelly made money and we got a rea knowledgeable , friendly , he's a straight shooter . Mark worked hard to get my son financing on his own ,but with no credit history no go once I co signed things moved fast got us a good rate better than the bank we were going to use. All in all a good experience in 3 hrs we're driving home with a new to him car . If you are looking for quality used car check these guys out. More
