We went in to basically window shop, as our 2012 Rogue lease was ending soon and we'd received some incentive mailings, so we figured why not go and see what our options were. We test drove the 2014 Rogue, and it drove well, however, compared to my 2012, it would've been a step back for me. Don explained that if we added in the sunroof, on board navigation etc, we'd be coming close in price to the Murano (which we also test drove). I was hesitant at first because it is larger than the Rogue and I figured since I really only drive local, my gas mileage would be worse than the Rogue because it's a V6. He explained that the size difference would only be an issue for a week or two and then I would used to it. I was impressed with how responsive the Murano was, I LOVE the V6! We decided on the Murano, if the price was right. He went to bat for us and I' m pretty sure took a hit in his commission to get a payment that we were comfortable with. We truly appreciate what him and the sales manager did to put us in the Murano. This is our second lease from Kelly Nissan, and it won't be our last. This is my third experience with Kelly Nissan. It gets better every time. I was in the market for a new Red Juke and Mark Swoyer made it possible financially and Maureen Vooz made the transition from trad better every time. I feel quite comfortable with both Maureen and Mark and I hope to have a lifetime of buying Nissans with both of them on board. I have owned Nissans for about 25 years and this has been absolutely the best experience and dealership so far. More

My lease was coming due on my Nissan Maxima. I had received numerous notices regarding this. I also received a phone message stating that March is the best time to purchase a new vehicle as there are received numerous notices regarding this. I also received a phone message stating that March is the best time to purchase a new vehicle as there are many saving incentives due to it being the end of Nissan's fiscal year. I was put in touch with Eric Sparrow. Eric was a real pleasure to deal with. He was conscientious, friendly, and diligent. A real professional. There were no games. He came up with a monthly lease payment that I was pleasantly surprised about. There was nothing hidden as if he was giving me the amount just trying to get me into the dealership and then come up with something else to tack onto the payment. It was so hassle free. It was a great experience. Usually something that can be a nerve wracking experience. This is the 2nd time I have leased a Nissan with Kelly.......the first experience was just as good. And years ago I had leased a Mitubishi Galant from Kelly.......that too was a great experience. I have nothing but good feelings regarding Kelly. And I would recommend anyone to go to Kelly if looking to purchase a car. I would also recommend Eric as the sales person they should ask for. John Arena was also awesome to deal with. So very professional. I also appreciated that it was not an all-day procedure. I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all. I appreciate that........I have dealt with other dealerships that had taken hours....and in the end ended up not purchasing the vehicle because it had become a haggle session. Thank your for all the GREAT experiences I have had at Kelly. And you do have a great group of people that represent your organization. Keep up the great work. Brought in my 2008 350Z with 20,000 miles for oil change and inspection. Larry callled to inform me that (1) Tire wear was off and would need alignment. (2) Wiper blades were torn. (3) Fuel injection wo and inspection. Larry callled to inform me that (1) Tire wear was off and would need alignment. (2) Wiper blades were torn. (3) Fuel injection would need to be flushed due to low usage (4) The high mount stop light is not working with a cost of $347.oo + tax and labor. Told him not to complete any thing other than oil change, wipers, and inspection. Got home to check on the brake light issue and found it to be unplugged. Checked all the tires and they are wearing perfectly. Not sure about the wipers because the car never goes out in the rain and I never use them. I will never return here and will never recommend there establishment! More

The on-line representative, Kathy Gara, greeted us and quickly got us into the hands of Salesman Bob Eastman. Before even saying the word car, Bob took the time to get to know US and our situation first. This was critical in building the necessary rapport that invited an incredible sense of comfortability between the 3 of us. Bob's easy going and personable nature allowed us to speak freely with no hidden agendas. After physically getting a full visual of the vehicle, we were then introduced to Sales Manager Tony Genevese, yet another member of their staff who was inviting, engaged & transparent about our needs and their commitment in helping us. Tony asked what price was right for US and not what price was right for them. This was huge in the sense that it eliminated the back and forth too often displayed during a car buying process. He did everything in his power and then some in getting the numbers right for us which led us to leaving a deposit on the vehicle THAT NIGHT. A few days later we picked up our new car! This was an unexpected, almost surreal, experience for us. True class! More
