My entire experience was great. Within 10 minutes of picking out my car I was able to test drive it. After I fell in love with it, Scott was able to provide me with the financing estimates, the car fax, picking out my car I was able to test drive it. After being very excited and discussing with my co signer, I was just about ready to get the car. Then after getting quotes from insurance companies, I no longer thought I was going to be able to afford it. Scott then gave me the name of a couple different insurance companies that have helped his customers in the past. That wasn't something I expected, but was something I was grateful for. Ultimately, I was able to find cheaper insurance, and was able to get the car I had already fell in love with. The entire time Scott was very professional and clear in everything he said. He didn't look down on me for being young, and didn't confuse me in any way. I didn't feel pressured in any way, either. I would definitely recommend Kelly Nissan and Scott to anyone.
