We told him what we were looking for and we test drove two different vehicles and I like the rogue the best. I did test drive others but it came down to the rogue as the winner. He made a great recommendation for us and was not in any way offended or aggravated when we changed our minds half way through and looked at something different. Instead of making us drive to another dealership to see what we were interested in, Leonardo helped us find something even nicer on this lot and committed to making it happen for us. Chas gave us more than enough time to check out the vehicle and ask questions, test drive, etc. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. When it came time to make a deal Mark really worked long and hard to hit the numbers we needed and even got us a few added benefits like extra warranty, etc. Overall everybody was pleasant, helpful and professional. Trade and Sold I first came there for a state inspection because it was the most reasonably priced in the area. So when I had gotten injured and was no longer able to drive the manual transmission of my 2009 Nissan Versa. There was no other place I would have rather gone to trade in my car. I had first spoke with Mike Salavanti over the phone to schedule an appointment to possibly trade my car in for a lease or buy certified pre owned vehicle. He was so nice and friendly and set me up for an appointment to see Peter. I met Peter who was super patient and friendly as we test drove different vehicle's for a lease. Because my budget is limited unfortunately the lease did not work out. And Peter introduced me to Mark Sawyor who was also very nice and explained different pre owned options they had available that would work with my budget. Mark introduced me to Chas Rute who was funny and friendly. He eventually helped me find the perfect car I have now. And with the help of Mike Salavanti, Chas Rute, and Mike Disora I know I have gotten the best deal possible. I am so thankful for these guys working so hard to accommodate my needs.
