There was always the feeling that you were being taken for a ride ( in more ways than one ). At Kelly, with Tim Weaver, it was the most relaxing car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were not rushed or pressured in any way. So much so that it was actually our idea to upgrade from the car we were originally looking at. The negotiating experience was also a surprise because Bob Vendetti actually sat down with us face to face instead of the usual back and forth with the manager and sales man that is the norm when buying a car.
