Nothing special When i came in to pick up my new car, the salesman was busy with another customer, so not to rush him i said i will run to target & be back in twenty When i came in to pick up my new car, the salesman was busy with another customer, so not to rush him i said i will run to target & be back in twenty minutes and then he could go over my purchase of my 2015 Nissan car. He said ok. So when i returned from target him and a trainee were dealing with another customer. He sends the trainee over to go over the car with me who really did not know everything about the car as he was only learning himself which he expressed to me. I received good service as i, was in the process of purchasing the $28,000.00 vehicle how ever it seemed to end there now that the purchased was made. i was extremely disappointed the treatment i received once the purchase was made. Great service I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should ta I had to take my car in for a factory recall. I had never been there for service on my car. They gave me an appointment, told me how long it should take. I went there mentally prepared to be there twice as long. They took my car in right away, did free checks on tire alignment, tires etc. My car was done in less time, including an oil change I requested when I got there. Larry, the tech and everyone I dealt with were friendly, professional and courteous. I wiwould not hesitate to go back there or recommend it to anyone else. A far cry from the last time I went to a dealer and was there over two hours for something I was told would take ten minutes. They even gave my car a "bath". Awesome experience :-) More

Friendly but horrible service I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. I had to return 4 times to have the same problem fixed. They also damaged my car. The manager treated me like a child and talked down to me and also about the car THEY SOLD ME. Sure, they are friendly, but don't expect them to wll you when you have an issue. More
