Excellent Experience Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold Going to the bank on Route 33 on my way to another dealership, when I received a phone stating that the vehicle that I was coming to look at was sold earlier that morning. My mom spotted Kelly Nissan and ask if I would like to go into that dealership. I said yea we can go take a look around. My brother drove into the dealership and was met by Scott Tophoney. He asked what we were looking to and I told we a used SUV. We got out of the car and he showed a couple of Nissan Rouge and some other vehicles that they had on the lot. I settled with the 2006 Rav4 that was on the lot. Scott really took his time with us, told us about the vehicle, price, test drive, everything. He really stayed with us throughout the entire visit and we ended up leaving with vehicle, which was all due to Scott's help and dedication to making us a satisfied customer.
