Our salesman, Zack Hafer, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us exactly what we were searching for. Our desire was to purchase an inexpensive vehicle, and throughout our entire sales process, we were treated/respected as if we purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Also, unlike my experience with other area dealerships, Zack did not try to pressure us into purchasing something not in our budget. He got the sale and didn't HOUND me like other dealerships did previous days. I think the Pre-owned office could be a tad bit more decorated and organized but overall it was a good experience! Walking in to an establishment, the first impression is the most important. The staff was great but the building didn't seem "inviting" Bill Pallo was awesome! I ended up being at Nissan longer than expected with 3 kids but we all made the best of it. Bill was very informative and knowledgeable. More

When I picked up the car there were no hassles. Eric Sparrow explained all of the features in an easy to understand manner and even called my insurance company while I completed the paperwork.
