The salesman was wonderful. Polite, curtious,patient. First of all , when the car was given to us, It was not clean inside, The console, speedometer glass had tan dust on. There was a substance on the dash, that I needed cleaner to remove it. There was a smudge on the side of fender, the salesman took care of that. We were surprised that there wasn't a free oil changes offered. We've had 8 new cars in our time. We always got free oil changes with them. I also feel the Nissan company could give us more off the price. The amount we got off was given if we would finance with your company. If we got our own financing, we would have lost that . So we were stuck to go with you. The $500.00 off was from the coupon from the show. Rich explained everything to us in detail. At the show and in the show room. So there wasn't much of an incentive. If I would not have been in a pinch for a car, I would have looked else where. By the way, Rich was wonderful at the car show. My daughter recommended you to us, when I told her I found the car at the how. She and her boyfriend bought their vehicles there. She loves my car. I have the car 3 days now, I have a lot of adjusting to do since I had a van for 17 years!! I do like it so far, Thanks to Rich Kinsey. More

I had a busy work schedule at the time and so I tried contacting various dealerships to work with me over email or the phone. Rick was by far the most responsive and helped me every step of the way, from selecting a vehicle, working out financing, setting everything up ahead of time to make things went quickly when I finally came in to pick up the car, and handling turning in the car I had been leasing. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommend! More

My salesman Rick and the dealership did everything they could to make me feel that they cared about my car buying experience. They were helpful in meeting my price point for the vehicle I wanted and Rick even picked me up at home and drove me to the dealership in order to pick up my vehicle. More

Mike Royer explained thoroughly what needed to be done and kept be informed about progress. More
