Little hassle, good experience I like the fact that when I walked in looking for a Nissan Quest we were told upfront that no more were being made and someone else came to take us do I like the fact that when I walked in looking for a Nissan Quest we were told upfront that no more were being made and someone else came to take us down to the used car lot quickly. No time just waiting around for help. I'm only giving this a less than perfect rating due to the fact that the dealer was not able to verify our funds when attempting to purchase the vehicle outright with a check. I feel like talking to a representative of our bank over the phone or something in black and white should have been acceptable. With limited time to spare at the dealership, we were put in a pinch of having to finance or something else even more time consuming. However, the employee, Rick Zauck was helpful and did what he could to get us in and out quickly. He was not one for going back and forth over pennies and worked with us on the sales price. Our trade in value was fair. *We both left the dealership feeling like we were not ripped off and LOVE our van! More

"Came and left with more than I Bargained for..CPO to NEW!!" I came to the Dealership just to review cars and look at a possible CPO. I left the Dealership with more than I bargained for! The Salesman Rick gave excellent Customer Service and was flexible with me in listening to what I wanted as opposed to just pitching me a car. I came in looking for a CPO that was listed online and left with a Brand New Maxima at a great price! Rick was able to provide the car built out to my specifications! We joked and laughed through the whole experience like old friends.........as long as I stay in the NISSAN Line I have found my NISSAN Dealership and My GOTO GUY! I also brought a friend along with me and on the ride home we couldn't stop talking about Rick and the experience. He is already planning to go see Rick for a car for his son. More

Larry Hughes is a fabulous example - always going WAY beyond what's expected and he treats my family like royalty. Not only did Larry accept my vehicle drop-off an entire DAY ahead of time, but it was ready for pick-up before it would have otherwise been dropped off in the first place! The post-inspection car wash was a bonus - particularly in the midst of the messy winter weather. Larry is a true professional and he consistently makes every effort to give me the best service and the best price. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Route 33. More
