Had the work done brought the van home and there was smoke coming from front brakes. Had to take van back in for additional work a caliber froze. We felt the frozen caliber should have been discovered when brakes were done. Service manager agreed to cover labor if we covered part costs. More

Kelly Nissan has it all. I didn't know what to expect when I realized i would be buying a car for my son during a pandemic. I had been researching and looking for a very spec I didn't know what to expect when I realized i would be buying a car for my son during a pandemic. I had been researching and looking for a very specific trim level in a used Jeep Cherokee for months. Scott Tophoney, at Kelly Nissan, replied to my email inquiry in a way I hadn't seen from any other dealership. He sent me a personalized video that walked me around and inside the vehicle. Something small but I had contacted dozens of dealerships to this point and this was different. I made an appointment to test drive it (which works great - no waiting around to speak to someone). Something else worth noting, I live in North Jersey almost 90 minutes from the dealership. Scott continued to work hard for me. The car I was interested in ended up being sold the day before my appointment. Scott called to let me know. He continued to look for a car and called me within the hour to tell me he had the same car in a different color. He sent another video and the rest is history. Th dealership appears to be well ahead of the curve on post pandemic car buying. They have protocols in place to make sure their employees and customers are safe. They seem ready and eager to make any needed adjustments as we all begin the slow crawl out of quarantine. To add some context, I made two, 3 hour round trips to Easton PA from North Jersey, in a pandemic to buy a car. We are not lacking for dealerships in NJ and I passed dozens on my way to Easton. Kelly Nissan has the right inventory and a supply chain to get you whatever they don't have. What they do have are immaculately maintained, preowned vehicles and they aren't afraid to invest in each vehicle to make them safe and more reliable either. As the father of a soon to be teenage driver, that helps...a lot. Stay at home and stay safe but if you need a new or used car now, call Kelly Nissan and ask for Scott. More

Service is Terrible - Issues With Vehicle Still Not Fixed I have been having ongoing issues with my Nissan Sentra and took it to Kelly Nissan for service 2 times within the last year. Both times they have cha I have been having ongoing issues with my Nissan Sentra and took it to Kelly Nissan for service 2 times within the last year. Both times they have charged me an arm and a leg for service and bogus parts, and basically told me the "diagnostic codes" all come back fine and no one can replicate the issues even though I experience these issues every time I drive the vehicle. Needless to say even though charging me they have not fixed the issues, and then proceed to try to upsell me with other issues they did happen to find though. The service manager is rude and unsympathetic. He'll sell you a faulty battery and then tell you there's nothing he can do about it unless you want to come in and spend more money to have it looked at again. They run a shady business there at Kelly Nissan Service. I will not be taking my car there again. More

What an awesome experience. I worked with Scott to purchase a Nissan Rogue. From start to finish he was extremely professional and courteous. All of the staff was extremely inviting and are doing thei purchase a Nissan Rogue. From start to finish he was extremely professional and courteous.
