I went here not quite sure what I was looking for. I ended up being helped by Rich. He came over and asked what I was looking for. I gave him a brief idea of what I wanted, and came back with a car that ended up being helped by Rich. He came over and asked what I was looking for. I gave him a brief idea of what I wanted, and came back with a car that was PERFECT for me (Nisson Rogue). Without putting on any acts or trying hard to tell it, he FIRST let me test drive so I wasn’t wasting my time if I didn’t like the feel. After, I went to other dealers because I was still looking around. I went back to Nisson again during a test drive and called Rich ahead of time and he came out with the car again so I could see the Nisson and the other car together. The last time I went back, I bought the Nisson and couldn’t be happier! Rich was so patient when my parents were arguing like they do, he could make both my mom and my dad happy at the same time which wasn’t easy, and he got friendlier and friendlier the more time we spent with him. It was truly a pleasant experience and I am so grateful for his help, I couldn’t have gotten the right car without him! More

Excellent no hassle sale for a beautiful car! Kay was very easy to work with and more than prompt to answer every question I had. They put a neon green sign is the car that said “welcome Joseph” and let very easy to work with and more than prompt to answer every question I had. Every time I have had the yearly EPP reapplication service (3 times with 2 more to go) on my Murano, the car comes back to me in showroom condition. Kelly does a fabulous job with this service!!
