The buying experience was good, BUT!! The buying experience was good, but had a very long wait for the financing (about 3hrs). Everyone was polite and professional until I sent an email the next day with a couple questions and did not get a response. A few days later I got a text from our sales person Asking how my wife liked the vehicle so I told her my wife loved it and again asked the 2 questions I had. I was told to take the vehicle to a ford dealer because that is what they would do. That was my concern about buying a Lincoln from a Nissan Dealer! Not impressed with that response at all. More

Very Thoughtful Customer Service Jon and Mike were very thoughtful with their customer service. It's alway so nice working with your staff. In addition, Jon got in touch with Kyle (wh Jon and Mike were very thoughtful with their customer service. It's alway so nice working with your staff. In addition, Jon got in touch with Kyle (who had the day off) to ask about a dent that I had in the car. He gave me an estimate for the work and also gave me an estimate for what the cost would be at a collision repair center. This was very helpful to me and I really appreciate that he took the time to do that. That's what great customer service is all about. More
