Rich V was excellent to work with. He listened to what I needed and wanted and was able to find me the that vehicle that fit perfectly. He did not oversell or bait and switch. I was impressed that he/deal needed and wanted and was able to find me the that vehicle that fit perfectly. He did not oversell or bait and switch. I was impressed that he/dealership took what my company gave as perks suggestion. He made things work very smoothly - by helping me get the online financing, to answering questions, to pictures and vehicle stats sent to me. He was able to get the whole sale ready so that when I was walked in it was ready to go. He even arranged for the dealership to pick me up as I had no ride to get there. Overall I am very satisfied with the with the vehicle and service provided. I will gladly share this experience with others. and when my wife needs her next vehicle we will be back to see Rich!! giving kay a 5 star plus , came back to dealer ship to look to see if the car we saw the night before was still there ,of coarse it was gone .Were ready to give it up and head home ,cause we already walk look to see if the car we saw the night before was still there ,of coarse it was gone .Were ready to give it up and head home ,cause we already walked the lot .Then along came kay, asked what we were interested in and we said it's gone .She said lets walk, maybe there another one we might see ,so we did and by god she found one in our budget and comfort zone. We were short on time, wife needed to be at work soon .She did a great getting things rolling for us. Ended up buying and driving off the lot. she made sure that we did not leave with out going over features of the car ,very will informed she is.
