My fiancee went back for a second time and Carl the fina I had posted a negative review as I had a problem with things that were not being covered. My fiancee went back for a second time and Carl the finance manager was extremely helpful as he spoke to many people who offered to do the work at a price that was fair for us and the dealership. While they did not haev to give us a break according to the strict rules. Carl went above what was necessary to save a long time customer. More

I had problems with my 08 Nissan altima. I went to Kelly Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day. Since then, this deal Nissan of lynnfield and Joe Tewksbury was the one who got me in and out without emptying my wallet or keeping me there all day. Since then, this dealership is the only place I will go. Joe immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was freaking out. He handled everything for me and now I know if I ever have trouble again, I know right where to go. Thanks Joe! More

This was the best experience buying a car I have had. I have bought many cars from other dealerships but Kelly Nissan has been the easiest to deal with. The salesman, Corey, was very informative and profes have bought many cars from other dealerships but Kelly Nissan has been the easiest to deal with. Had an exhaust manifold on my Pathfinder replaced under warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and sh warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and should be covered. Well, not when the dealship can scam some money out of you. I refused to pay. The Manager refused to release the vehicle until the bill was paid. I had no choice but I was furious and will never return to this "Stealership" again. And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from using this dealership for anything. In fact a friend was test driving a vehicle there and after I told him what had happened he bought a vehicle somewhere else. More
