first service visit The service center reception bay was staffed by a friendly person to whom I explained the problem and who checked in my vehicle. A meeting with the service advisor was then set up and he went over the work being done and the paperwork. The waiting area is very clean with amenities such as coffee, tv, magazines and comfortable seating. My wait wasnt too long considering I did not have an appointment on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. More

NV service Jack gives Excellent communication and service. Dealer prices are higher than the local mechanic but I feel that my van is properly serviced. I do, however have one ongoing issue with regards to the tire pressure monitor, in that the tech never resets it when Im in for routine service or tire rotations. I do jot own a compressor needed to set this function nor do I feel that I should need to since this could and should be done by the tech. More
