where is the key I need to have tire changed? I had a flat tire. I am concerned that the key for the tires on the car were not with my spare tire. I didn't even know that a special key was neede I had a flat tire. I am concerned that the key for the tires on the car were not with my spare tire. I didn't even know that a special key was needed, and it was no where to be found when I needed it. Since my tires have only been serviced at your facility, I would think that someone didn't replace it. I had to have the car towed from Boston at a cost of $70 and was late for work and then had to uber to work, and find a ride to your dealership at the end of the day to pick up the car. Your service people, as always were helpful and very attentive, but I was a little upset that I didn't know about or have the key that I needed for AAA to change my tire! More

He was very personable and at the same time most professional. He was genuinely interested in what I needed in a car, and worked tirelessly to ensure that I got the best vehicle and the best deal to suit my needs. Then I met with Carl Tagliamonte, the Finance Manager, who also was most professional, and had my best interest at heart. Between the two of them, I came away with a vehicle that suits my needs to a "T". They were very patient and explored all options to ensure that I received the best deal.
