lack of knowledge on nissan side= lost time on my side After my radio/backup camera/navigation was replaced, I was told that the gps is looking for the signal and it would start working within half an hour After my radio/backup camera/navigation was replaced, I was told that the gps is looking for the signal and it would start working within half an hour. Nobody mentioned that the sd memory card had to be replaced at additional expense; unit replacement was covered by the dealer I had purchased the vehicle from. I waited two weeks, nothing happened. Navigation kept searching for the signal. When I showed up again to fix the issue( and waited two hours for the technician to figure out what's wrong), I was told that the original sd card is not compatible with the new navigation unit and I have to replace it at my cost. I would think that the trained & certified Nissan technician knows what he is doing.......... More

10 years of service and personnel excellence. I bought my pathfinder in 2006 and have had it serviced regularly at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. Leaf battery issue I brought my Nissan Leaf to the Lynnfield dealership without an appointment because it was the closest dealership when my Leaf went into low power mod I brought my Nissan Leaf to the Lynnfield dealership without an appointment because it was the closest dealership when my Leaf went into low power mode due to s battery fault detection. Unfortunately when I arrived I found that this location no longer services the Leaf. However I spoke directly with the service manager and explained that the car was not drivable in its current state. The service manage immediately arranged to have the car taken to the Kelly Woburn location and set me up with a loaner car. I was very pleased with the way this was handled, especially given the circumstances. Larry More
