Leaf battery issue I brought my Nissan Leaf to the Lynnfield dealership without an appointment because it was the closest dealership when my Leaf went into low power mod I brought my Nissan Leaf to the Lynnfield dealership without an appointment because it was the closest dealership when my Leaf went into low power mode due to s battery fault detection. Unfortunately when I arrived I found that this location no longer services the Leaf. However I spoke directly with the service manager and explained that the car was not drivable in its current state. The service manage immediately arranged to have the car taken to the Kelly Woburn location and set me up with a loaner car. I was very pleased with the way this was handled, especially given the circumstances. Larry More

where is the key I need to have tire changed? I had a flat tire. I am concerned that the key for the tires on the car were not with my spare tire. I didn't even know that a special key was neede I had a flat tire. I am concerned that the key for the tires on the car were not with my spare tire. I didn't even know that a special key was needed, and it was no where to be found when I needed it. Since my tires have only been serviced at your facility, I would think that someone didn't replace it. I had to have the car towed from Boston at a cost of $70 and was late for work and then had to uber to work, and find a ride to your dealership at the end of the day to pick up the car. Your service people, as always were helpful and very attentive, but I was a little upset that I didn't know about or have the key that I needed for AAA to change my tire! More
