lack of knowledge on nissan side= lost time on my side After my radio/backup camera/navigation was replaced, I was told that the gps is looking for the signal and it would start working within half an hour After my radio/backup camera/navigation was replaced, I was told that the gps is looking for the signal and it would start working within half an hour. Nobody mentioned that the sd memory card had to be replaced at additional expense; unit replacement was covered by the dealer I had purchased the vehicle from. I waited two weeks, nothing happened. Navigation kept searching for the signal. When I showed up again to fix the issue( and waited two hours for the technician to figure out what's wrong), I was told that the original sd card is not compatible with the new navigation unit and I have to replace it at my cost. I would think that the trained & certified Nissan technician knows what he is doing.......... More

10 years of service and personnel excellence. I bought my pathfinder in 2006 and have had it serviced regularly at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. The personnel have always been fantastic, helpful and I bought my pathfinder in 2006 and have had it serviced regularly at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. The personnel have always been fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. The service has and continues to be A Plus. I drive a minimum of 3 months a year in 4 wheel drive on my fishing trips. This continues only because the people at Kelly keep my Pathfinder in tip top shape. More
