Times are misleading I was told that my service would take "about an hour". The service tech I worked with knew that I would be waiting. What was supposed to be "about an hour" turned into 2 hours!! It takes me about 20 minutes to get to the dealership and after waiting 2 hours I lost almost 3 hours of my day. Had I know it would take that long I would have made other arrangenments! Very disappointing it will not return for service. I will go elsewhere More

8 inch crack in my windshield that they refused to fix It is safe to say I will never be stepping foot into another Kelly dealership again. I had brought my car in for an oil change and 40 minutes later co It is safe to say I will never be stepping foot into another Kelly dealership again. I had brought my car in for an oil change and 40 minutes later come out to find an 8 inch crack across my windshield. The manager of the service department proceeded to tell me that it was not their fault and they did not cause this. When asked to speak with another manager he provided me an 800 number to call. This obviously did not suffice for me so I called and asked to speak with the general manager at the location. After the gm chatted with the service manager and employee who serviced the car he had decided to let me know that upon check in they DID notice two small chips in my windshield but conveniently that was not marked on the check in sheet! I was offered a "discount" on a new windshield which I declined. I purchased my car brand new from this location and have had it serviced there since. Pretty sad they are willing to lose a customer over windshield damage that according to the GM "may or may not have happened" in their possession. More

Great salesperson, great dealership, great deal I've had Nissan's before they were Nissan. My first car was a Datsun 310 when I was 16. Since then I've had a Sentra, Maxima and Altima. And a Merc I've had Nissan's before they were Nissan. My first car was a Datsun 310 when I was 16. Since then I've had a Sentra, Maxima and Altima. And a Mercedes 380SL but that's a different story :-) Just got a new Rogue and I couldn't be happier. The salesperson was fantastic and moved me though the process very quick. I knew what I wanted, it was on sale, he gave me an even better deal and it was extremely painless. I can't say enough about Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. I've gotten my last two vehicles from them and they've been fantastic each time. Very attentive to my needs and they have amazing prices too. More
