We had made a reservation to look at a specific car, and while we were test driving, Corey answered all of our questions and gave us great insight into other aspects of the car. Afterwards when we decided to purchase the car, Corey was great and took us step by step through the process and went above and beyond when I said i wanted a very specific plate for the car, and took care of it like it was a non-issue. Fantastic customer service I went in to have my front wheels checked out, and found out that I needed two new rims and tires. My rim and tire protection plan was supposed to cov I went in to have my front wheels checked out, and found out that I needed two new rims and tires. My rim and tire protection plan was supposed to cover that, but my service technician (Neidson Dos Santos aka Junior) had to work very hard to get that accomplished. He went far above and beyond to accomplish it for me. I've never gotten this level of service at a dealership service dept. before. This is like going to your local mechanic that you've dealt with and trusted for years. Fantastic experience. More
