While I have checked off the names below there was one name I did not see because he has relocated to one of your sites in Woburn, MA. His name was Bret De Rosier, who not only was very professional but went out of his way to locate an additional key for the Sorrento we drove off with last summer. Additionally, I would like to call out Ray Ferguson, who was just outstanding with regard to financing, warranties etc... Most recently today as we had to replace the vehicle that was lost in an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday. He could not do enough for us. Also Carl Tagliamonte, with whom we worked with way back on our very first visit to Lynn, made us feel special.
