Despite clear documentation from another mechanic confirming the problem, the service advisor, Ben, was unhelpful and offered no solutions. It's clear that Kelly Nissan values neither customer satisfaction nor quality workmanship. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this dealership at all costs. If you are considering this place for service, Colonial Nissan of Medford is a great alternative option with qualified and friendly staff. More
