Went to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield for an oil change and tire rotation. Before the car went into the service floor, I removed the tire valve cap of one of the rear tires. Service was done and paid for the s tire rotation. Before the car went into the service floor, I removed the tire valve cap of one of the rear tires. Service was done and paid for the services. To my surprise, the tire without the valve cap was still in the same spot. To my further surprise, they wanted to make me think they move the valve caps to leave the car in the same conditions it arrived. That's BS. They simply charge for the rotation but NEVER actually rotate the tires. I was also able to confirm this by checking the tire pressure in the car computer - I knew that specific tire was 2-3 psi higher than the rest. Never coming back here. Always check tires are being rotated. More

Used to be great now horrible. Customer service rate 0. They used to be excellent and bought 3 cars there. Last purchase,10/2020, pre-owned 1 year old. 2 days after I bought it I Customer service rate 0. They used to be excellent and bought 3 cars there. Last purchase,10/2020, pre-owned 1 year old. 2 days after I bought it I went back and complained about it, salesman laughed and confirmed because brakes are new and had to break them in. So 4 trips later and refurbishing my "new brakes" I was charged almost $500 for brakes. Manager was not going to authorize dealership to pay or hold salesman that lied responsible for payment. Upper manager came in and completely unprofessional degrading me and literally told me "I want to keep coming back for free service" and I told him I just wanted my brakes fixed the first time. Horrible service and so much more poor service to report. More
