Lou is the best. I came into Kelly to see about a trade in was not 100% sure I was going to buy from this dealer. It's a good thing I ran into Lou he was amazing from first impression to last impression. So yes I did walk out of this dealership smiling and dancing with my car. Lou set everything up for me went over every detail of my new car EVERYTHING !!!
