I have been a customer with Nissan Kelly in Lynnfield since 2010, purchased a new Sentra. In 2017 I bought a used 2015 Altima and had no issues with either purchase, service was great and never brought a vehicle in for brakes as I'm the sole driver and I'm gentle on my brakes. In October 2020 I traded my vehicle and purchased 2019 Altima. I brought it back a couple of days later and complained about my brakes squeaking. My salesman laughed and said because they are new and need to be broken in, he confirmed I had new brakes as I was told before my sales purchase. This was during COVID slow and barely driving, in the spring the brakes were still squeaking. I brought my car in for brake service several times and they refurbished my rotors at no cost but why if I have new brakes. This last time I brought it there and I'm aggravated because I don't have time in my schedule to drop off my car and be without a vehicle. I spoke to a manager about the history of ongoing brake issues and he said he would call me back but didn't. Before I picked up my car I went into the managers office and told him I was lied to at the time of purchase and he should make the salesman pay if dealership won't. He listened but before our conversation was over his manager came in and treated me like I was nothing. Yelled at me and told me I just want to keep coming back for a free service. I told him I don't want to come back and just want my car fixed right the first time and his salesman of the year should have gotten the biggest liar award. I left there in tears because of the way I was treated and paid $486.83 front brakes, under 10,000 miles accrued in less than 2 years.
