Had an exhaust manifold on my Pathfinder replaced under warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and sh warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and should be covered. Well, not when the dealship can scam some money out of you. I refused to pay. The Manager refused to release the vehicle until the bill was paid. I had no choice but I was furious and will never return to this "Stealership" again. And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from using this dealership for anything. In fact a friend was test driving a vehicle there and after I told him what had happened he bought a vehicle somewhere else. More

recently bought a sentra from this dealership shopped 2 other dealers but like there motto they did make it easy my sales person josh was very knowledgeable about the product and the fianance manager ray w other dealers but like there motto they did make it easy my sales person josh was very knowledgeable about the product and the fianance manager ray was very polite car was ready 3 hrs earlier than expected i would definetly recomend this dealer !!!!!!!!!!!! I was completely satisfied with my experience from pre-sales questions thru delivery. Being able to get some email assiatnce and look online really saved me time. Best car buying experience I have experienced. They are very honest and upfront with their pricing. I called and talked to almost all of the Nissan dealerships in MA, and they were the only ones who didn't very honest and upfront with their pricing. I called and talked to almost all of the Nissan dealerships in MA, and they were the only ones who didn't do the bait and switch in pricing the van I bought. There was also no pressure selling at all. Perfect car buying experience all in all! More

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was the best buying experience ever! They did not pressure me and they gave me a fair price up front with not alot of back and forth. I didn't feel like just another customer, they treated me like a person, I felt very comfortable. My only complant is that I didn't get the color that I wanted but the service was great and so was the price. More
