I had asked to come there at around 7:40 pm twenty minutes before closing time. "They" said it was okay. With a long day work schedule and busy life, it's hard to come and spend hours there minutes before closing time. "They" said it was okay. With a long day work schedule and busy life, it's hard to come and spend hours there or even have the opportunity to come in early when work shift is from 9 am to 7 pm. Well anyhow, the sales rep over the phone, "Bryan Fraser" said to come on in and they'll give me the best price for leasing a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. I had wanted a thorough breakdown of the figures for leasing over email, but they insisted to come in when I got the opportunity. So I did expecting that they will explain to me in further details of the figures in leasing. When I got there, I got the sales rep Abe. He was very nice to begin with but pushy at the same time as well since it was closing time. I came there with the impression that I wasn't going to feel pressured in signing the lease but I did. Abe wanted me to make a deposit of at least $200 to secure the vehicle before I even got a chance to have him explain to me how the process worked. In all actuality, I wanted to come in there looking over the figures in the lease agreement, bring it home and understand where the values came from. The financial manager and Abe kept insisting that I have got the best deal in town, and it probably was only I felt so pressured into signing the lease that night. I strongly feel that they wanted to close the deal Asap since I was keeping them overtime without any bonus. WAS UNDECIDED BETWEEN THE RAV4, HONDA CRV OR NISSAN ROGUE. QUICKLY KNOCKED OUT THE RAV4 AND HAD A "CRUNCH TIME" BETWEEN THE ROGUE AND CRV. BRETT CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT OUR DECISION AND WE TOLD HIM WE ROGUE. QUICKLY KNOCKED OUT THE RAV4 AND HAD A "CRUNCH TIME" BETWEEN THE ROGUE AND CRV. BRETT CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT OUR DECISION AND WE TOLD HIM WE WERE LEANING TOWARDS THE CRV. WHEN WE WENT BACK TO KELLY NISSAN, THERE WAS NO NEGATIVE ATTITUDE FROM BRETT [I.E. WE'LL DO THIS, WE'LL DO THAT OR YOU'RE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE]. I ASKED BRETT IF WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER TEST DRIVE AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMADATING. AFTER ANOTHER TEST DRIVE MY WIFE AND I DECIDED ON THE ROGUE. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND IT APPEARED WE WOULD NOT TAKE DELIVERY THAT DAY [A REAL HASSLE]. BRETT, THE FINANCE GUY, THE INSPECTION GUY, AND [I'M SORRY,I FORGET HER NAME, THE FINANCIAL GUY'S ASSISTANT ALL STAYED LATE TO GET THE DEAL DONE. FROM THE START, THE PRICE, INCENTIVES AND TRADE-IN WERE CLEARY STATED. I CAN'T VOUCH FOR THE ROGUE AS YET, HOWEVER, MY WIFE AND I WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE INITIAL SERVICE WE RECEIVED. From the time I walked in the door until I walked out with my brand new Rogue I was satisfied with the dealership and my salesman. I went to the dealership because my husband received several phone calls and letters asking us to come in and he is always working so I went in just to see if trading our lease in before it was up in November was worth it for me and it was! Bill helped me out so much that he made it possible for me to walk out in a new lease less than what I was paying for a car! Our past experience with Ira Nissan of woburn was horrible. We bought a service package so we had to use Ira only for service we gave them alot of business and yet They never gave us a good deal and the 2nd time we leased thru them was a nightmare, we were in a hurry and my husband didnt want to shop around, boy what a mistake that was. They walked away with a Titan with 18,000 miles on it like brand new and didnt help us out on our 2nd lease at all, so I convinced my husband lets try Lynnfield because they are so nice when we go in for service, and they called us several times, wrote letters several times asking for our lease back, and Im glad they did. When I went to sign paperwork with my 17 year old daughter when we walked out she commented "Bill was so nice, I hope when I buy a car he will be my salesman". When I brought my husband with me he couldnt stop talking about how much he appreciated they worked so hard to earn our business. So hopefully when you need a salesman you request Bill Sullivan, who earned not only our respect but our business. So Bill if you read this "THANK YOU"so much!!! More
In my 35 years of car ownership, I have never been more satisfied with a service advisor. Jack is the nicest, most pleasant, most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have bought several cars from Kelly Nissan. The sales manager Michael Sullivan was wonderful with helping me through the process. I could not be happier with my new car. Worst dealership experience of my life. I was interested in a 2011 nissan sentra, but I had some questions that I was hoping to get some answers to about the car. My salesman seemed to be very interested i in a 2011 nissan sentra, but I had some questions that I was hoping to get some answers to about the car. My salesman seemed to be very interested in helping other customers rather than me and wasted my time. I came back a few days later hoping that he would be more interested in helping then. Unfortunately, after he kept me waiting around for 40 minutes, he told me that if I wanted answers to my questions that I should go home and research them. I went to several other car dealerships, both Nissan and other brands and NEVER had a salesman keep me waiting like this or tell me to get answers elsewhere. I wrote a letter to Brian Kelly (the president of the company) and have yet to receive a response at all. More
I just bought a new 2011 Frontier from Kelly and could not be more happier. I upgraded from the two version to the four door and what a difference. Juan was very personable, he greeted my Mom and I when we entered the dealership and went right to work. Plus, we had our dog and the sales staff came over to pet her, as well as talk to us. hello. we bought a nissan murano, SL, fully loaded (nav package, tech package, leather package, premium package and moonroof package) WITH a remote starter for LESS than your dealership offered for the sam package, tech package, leather package, premium package and moonroof package) WITH a remote starter for LESS than your dealership offered for the same car MINUS the moonroof package and remote starter. Not only was the offer not competitive with another local dealer, but the sales manager, mike o'connell, made us feel like we were wasting his time and did not want to negotiate the price. we were told to go to the other local dealers and that if they could get us a better price than to go ahead and buy it. i was so shocked and upset by the whole transaction. we were very serious about buying a murano, visited the dealership 3 times and exchanged several emails with our dealer, brett desrosier. we were told to come in during the president's day weekend event as they would go "above and beyond" to sell us a car and then when it came down to it they did not want to negotiate the price at all. brett, in his defense, was very nice and helpful... he is brand new with kelly nissan and i think he did a great job convincing us that this is the vehicle we want... it is a shame that he didn't get any credit for all of his hard work in the end. we are super excited with our new murano but will not be dealing with kelly nissan in the future nor would i recommend this dealership to friends. Had an exhaust manifold on my Pathfinder replaced under warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. Well, not when the dealship can scam some money out of you. I refused to pay. The Manager refused to release the vehicle until the bill was paid. I had no choice but I was furious and will never return to this "Stealership" again. And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from using this dealership for anything. In fact a friend was test driving a vehicle there and after I told him what had happened he bought a vehicle somewhere else. More
