My experience buying a used truck was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had thanks to Mike Sullivan. Mike immediately made me feel at ease the minute he introduced himself. He shared all the information he had on the vehicle and explained the price and all other related fees and he did it in a very efficient and timely manner. Mike was always available by phone keeping me informed about when the truck would be ready for pick up. Mike made sure the truck was in the best condition upon pick up which included new brakes and four new tires after the price had been set without those additional costs - a big thank you to Kelly Nissan Dealership of Lynnfield, MA for that too!
