Adriano and Joe were very helpful and informative. Adriano showed me a wide range of cars and styles and went for a test ride with one. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. Corey did a fantastic job. No bologna. He made is simple and painfree. I dreaded buying a new car because of the pressure and sales tactics so many dealers use. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I made an appointment last week for service. When I made the appointment, I asked for a loaner and was told it was no problem. When I arrived, they d made an appointment last week for service. When I made the appointment, I asked for a loaner and was told it was no problem. When I arrived, they didn't have any loaners so I waited for 5 hours. They ended up having to order parts. The service advisor Dennis, tried to sell me services that I didn't need. I explained to him that I had a prepaid maintenance contract and that I shouldn't be charged for the routine maintenance. I made a new appointment for the following week and once again requested a loaner. When I arrived they didn't have any loaners for the second time. I had to wait 45 minutes to for the Enterprise guy to come with a rental vehicle. I was late for work as a result. Around 2:30 I got a call that my car was ready. I went back to the dealership around 5:30 to pick it up. They CHARGED me for the routine service. I explained that I have a prepaid maintenance contract and I explained that I already spoke with the service advisor about it. The cashiers were very apologetic. They were dealing with a new computer system and they were not sure how to fix it. I waited for almost an hour for them to fix my bill so I could go home after a long day of work. I won't be bringing my vehicle to this dealership anymore. More
Id give this place negative stars if I could.. dealer agreed to price of 30k on a 2010 used BMW I was going to buy.(Price and offer confirmed via email) So I called to verify to put the deposit. Spoke to Andrew from the dealership(2 hrs later) to confirm. Said his manager would call to finalize. Got no call back, so I called next morning when dealership opened. Talked to josh, said manager will call me in 10 mins. She ended up calling around 5 and all that could be said by that manager is that "we dropped the ball." as the car was sold.. I will be speaking to better business bureau about this as well. Do not go to this dealership and especially think again about buying a car from them via the internet... They could care less about customer service. and rather string u along.. More
