I was referred to Adriano by a freind. He very professional and great to work with. He took the time to come bring my new Maxima to me at work because I couldn't get back to the dealership for a w professional and great to work with. I bought a Nissan Altima 2012 from here. Since it was my first car, I took my time to research and talk to quite a few dealers before I settled on one. Everybody had some kind of hidden fees and charges inv first car, I took my time to research and talk to quite a few dealers before I settled on one. Everybody had some kind of hidden fees and charges involved that weren't disclosed on the first phone call. But the Kelly Nissan at Lynnfield has a very good salesperson specifically dealing with online calls (Joe?) He was extremely informational and answered my numerous calls with a lot of patience. Once I decided to get it from here, the salesperson Brett was extremely helpful and supportive as well. It was a smooth process, they took care of licensing and registration making it a very easy progression. The only drawback is that the showroom itself is a little far away from the city, and it would have been perfect if they could have delivered the car to my doorstep. But otherwise, all in all, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. More

It was funny, I went to the dealership, just to take a juke for a ride. They had a bunch sitting on the lot, with a white one. It's a little suv, just what I was looking for, litt more than a car, plenty of room, groceries, golf clubs, etc... I wanted leather seats, and a 4 door car... Got that and more... They were not pushy, very informative, helpful, and patient. That to me is important. I don't do pushy. I would have left... So. I'm a happy camper. Got a white juke, loaded up, dealer close to home, and a friendly salesman, it doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Josh!!! More
